Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book lessons, subscribe to a plan or use this website. Lessons are provided by an individual teacher operating as a sole proprietor, not by a registered company.

1. Lessons and plans

Lessons are private one-to-one sessions delivered online. Monthly plans include a set number of lessons per billing period. Unused lessons expire at the end of the period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Booking and rescheduling

Lessons must be booked through the booking page. You may reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before its start time. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be counted as used.

3. Payments

Plans are billed in advance for each period. One-off consulting sessions are paid at the time of booking. All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of the teacher as an individual seller; we never see or store your full card details, and your statement will show the Learnt descriptor.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide when booking.

5. Conduct

Lessons are a respectful space. We may end a lesson or close an account in cases of abusive behaviour, without refund.

6. Digital service, no physical goods

Everything sold here is a live online service delivered by video call, plus any digital learning materials shared with you. Nothing is shipped, so no delivery times, shipping fees or customs charges apply.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, where the teacher is based. For any question about an order, a payment or these terms, email contact@learnt.site or call +66 94 358 0775.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.

Who you are dealing with

Learnt is operated by an individual (sole proprietor) based in Bangkok, Thailand. Services are sold and delivered directly by the teacher — there is no separate company entity. Payments are processed by Stripe; card statements show the Learnt descriptor.
